  • 2 Tbsps Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups fresh shiitake mushrooms , sliced
  • 2 Tbsps oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsps cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic , minced
  • 1 cup carrots , peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 3 Tbsps oyster sauce
  • 1 cup mung bean sprouts
  • 3 Tbsps mirin
  • salt and pepper to taste

steps

  1. In a wok, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft. Season with 2 Tbsps oyster sauce. remove cooked mushrooms to a plate.
  2. In the same wok, heat more cooking oil. Sauté garlic and carrots together. Season with oyster sauce then add the mung bean sprouts. Mix well.
  3. Cut the nori strips in half and roll into a cone, sealing edges with water. fill the cone with about 2 Tbsps of the vegetable mixture. Serve immediately.
