  • For the chicken
  • 1 whole chicken (seasoned with 1 Tbsp salt and 1Tbsp sesame oil)
  • 4 pcs shallots (small red onions)
  • 2 pcs thumb size ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic skinned
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1-2 tanglad (lemongrass)
  • For the rice
  • 2 Tbsps butter (or margarine)
  • 2 Tbsps shallots minced
  • 2 Tbsps garlic minced
  • 2 bowls rice
  • 2 1/4 bowls water

steps

  1. Stuff seasoned chicken  with shallots, ginger, garlic, pandan leaves and lemongrass. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in WMF Perfect Pressure Cooker. Put in the shallots  and ginger.
  3. Add rice and stir-fry for a while.
  4. Add water and pandan leaves.
  5. Place the seasoned and stuffed chicken on the  WMF Perforated Tray with handle inside the  WMF Perfect Pressure Cooker. Cover and cook until the second ring appears. Lower heat and time for 5 minutes. Switch off heat and wait for the pressure to be released.
