ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsps minced garlic
  • 4 small crabs washed and drained
  • 500 g shrimps/prawns , washed and drained
  • 2 cups mussels
  • 2 cups clams
  • 2 large squid washed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1½ cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  • LEA & PERRINS Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • 1 cup water or as needed
  • salt and sugar , to taste

steps

  1. Peel shrimps, leaving heads and tails intact. Detach carapace. Cut crabs in half. Slice squid into rings. Set aside.
  2. In a shallow pan, sauté onion, celery and garlic in olive oil until aromatic. Add crabs, then shrimps. Cook briefly then add seafood, worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, hot pepper sauce, soy sauce and water. Mix well and cook just until done. Season with sugar and salt.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
