  • 4 Tbsps Light white rum
  • ½ Lime cut into wedges
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsps White sugar
  • Club Soda

steps

  1. Combine sugar, lime wedges and mint into a collins or tall glass.
  2. Using a muddler, muddle ingredients to extract the juice of the limes while also bruising the mint leaves.
  3. Pour rum into the muddled ingredients and briefly mix. Fill glass with crushed ice (or ice cubes) until a little over half-way. Top glass with club soda. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
