  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Large white onion sliced
  • 1 Large green bell pepper sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Chicken breasts boneless , skinless
  • 4 Chicken thigh boneless , skinless
  • 6 Tortillas small
  • Prepared Guacamole
  • Fresh tomato Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • ingredients for the garlic sauce:
  • ¼ cup Garlic , minced
  • 3 Tbsps Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsps Red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Salt

  1. Make the garlic sauce: heat oil and cook garlic in a small saucepan over low heat until garlic is soft and fragrant. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, red-pepper flakes and salt.
  2. For the fajitas: Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over high heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and season with ¼ tsp salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until onion is browned in spots, and pepper has softened slightly and skin is blistered 5 minutes. Add chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic sauce, and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
