ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps oil for sautéing
  • 3 Tbsps ginger , sliced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1½ Tbsp patis
  • 3 pcs pork stone , thinly sliced
  • 3 pcs pork kidney , thinly sliced
  • 300 g pork steak , thinly sliced
  • 100 g pork liver , thinly sliced
  • 10-12 cups boiling water
  • 100 g pork brain remove the blood vein , cut into four
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sili leaves

steps

  1. Heat oil, add ginger, then garlic until golden brown, and then add onion.
  2. Add patis then add pork stone, kidney, pork steak, pork liver until meat and innards’ color turns brown.
  3. Add the 10-12 cups boiling water. leave for 20-30 minutes.
  4. When meat and innards are tender and cooked, you can then add the pork brain, simmer for a little while. add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add sili leaves, cook for a few minutes.
  6. Scoop into soup bowls. Serve.
