  • 1 kilo Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh dill and capers

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay out salmon fillet on a baking dish. Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Squeeze juice of ½ lemon over it.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard and mix well. Spread over salmon fillet. Top with a few sprigs of fresh dill and dot with capers.
  3. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve immediately. This goes well with Creamed Spinach.
