ingredients

  • 1 whole pomelo peeled , seeded and cut into cubes
  • 3 whole avocados seeded and balled
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps cane vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps patis
  • 2 Tbsps white sugar
  • 2 tsps honey
  • 1 tsp calamansi juice
  • 1 Tbsp wansoy , chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken tocino , sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts

steps

  1. Combine pomelo and avocados in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine olive oil, cane vinegar, Thai fish sauce, white sugar, honey and calamansi juice. Mix well. Add chopped wansoy leaves.
  3. Pour this over the pomelo and avocado. Top with chicken tocino slices and cashew nuts.
