  • ½ cup singkamas , julienned
  • ¼ cup sweet pickled ginger
  • ¼ cup fresh wansuy , chopped
  • ¼ cup peanuts , roasted and chopped
  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce , shredded
  • 2 cups lollo rosso lettuce , shredded
  • ingredients for the dressing:
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic , minced
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp reduced fat peanut butter
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsps spring onion - white part only , chopped
