  • 2 packs Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsps Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Frozen chopped spinach , thawed
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced and chopped
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a bowl mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, egg and lemon juice until smooth.

3. Mix spinach, artichoke, garlic and ground pepper. Place in a prepared baking dish. Bake covered for 20 minutes.

4. Remove the cover, and let the dish bake uncovered for 5 more minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned. Serve with crostini.
