ingredients

  • 1/2 can Artichoke hearts well drained and finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated keso de bola
  • 1/2 cup Chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10-15 pcs Crostini

steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the chopped artichoke hearts, keso de bola, basil, olive oil and chilli flakes well.
  2. Place mixture in a ramekin and bake it for 15-20 minutes. Serve with crostini.
