ingredients

  • ¼ cup President unsalted butter
  • 1 cup President cooking cream
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 100g (1/2 cup) whole button mushrooms
  • 100g (1 cup) shiitake mushrooms
  • 100g (1 cup) oyster mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried rosemary
  • 500g pasta noodles cooked according to package directions
  • President Special Pizza Mozzarella , freshly grated
  • President Emmental cheese , freshly grated
  • Fresh parsley , chopped

steps

  1. Melt 2 Tbsps of the President unsalted butter in a pan. Remove pan from heat and add the President cooking cream. Stir to mix well. Return to heat.
  2. Add a pinch of nutmeg. Let boil a little then set aside.
  3. In another pan, add the Bertolli olive oil and the remaining President unsalted butter. Put the whole button mushrooms first and sauté for two minutes.
  4. Next add the shiitake, sauté for another 2 minutes. Lastly add the oyster mushrooms and cook for another 2 more minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the rosemary.
  6. Add the cooked President cooking cream. Combine well.
  7. Add the cooked pasta noodles. Mix well.
  8. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
