Happy New Year, dear readers!
Every time a new year rolls around, we feel the need to be better versions of ourselves, drafting long to-do lists of healthy ways we can improve. After the festivities of Christmas and New Year's Eve have passed, most of our resolutions involve shedding the pounds we've accumulated from enjoying the culinary festivities a little too much.
One of the most common things included on lists of New Year's Resolutions is to lose weight and to eat healthier food. When you lead a not-so-active lifestyle, these are essential steps we should take to improving overall health and wellbeing.
Aside from telling ourselves to lose x pounds in 2012, what kinds of food will you eat more of this year?
