It can't be denied that Filipinos are very creative when it comes to street food. From deep fried quail eggs to barbecued pork innards, local street food runs the gamut from tasty to almost unthinkable (at least from a Westerner's point-of-view). Whether it's a steaming hot cup of taho from your friendly neighborhood manong, or a brown paper bag of cholesterol-laden but irresistible balat ng manok, Filipino street food is as colorful as it is diverse.

What is your favorite Filipino street food?
