A lot of people are night owls. Especially if you work night shifts, it's easy to give in to hunger pangs at odd hours of the night. If you're a morning person, maybe you stayed up late reviewing for an exam, or watched your favorite TV show that only airs late at night (Mine is RuPaul's Drag Race! - Ed), or are suffering from a bout of insomnia. Usually, raiding your fridge for some good old comfort food can do the trick to ease your grumbling stomach.
