
Remember when we were little, the way our parents would make us eat vegetables was through saying vaguely threatening things like, "If you don't eat this, you won't grow!" But as children, it didn't matter. If it was soggy, limp, green and didn't smell or taste good, we wouldn't eat it. At least, I wouldn't. If you liked to eat your fruits and veggies as a child, good for you! Eventually, I grew out of my hatred for healthy food, but old habits are hard to break (Appetite Magazine's Chelsea Lim hates vegetables! Except for the ones that go into Bibimbap, of course).
