Appetite Magazine was invited to the recent press-conference and wine pairing dinner hosted by Manny Osmeña for Manny O wines. Held at the Movenpick Resort & Spa on Mactan Island, the event was well attended by members of the press from both Cebu and Manila. Manny Osmeña gave a brief but very informative lecture on his wine making process, his growing business, and most importantly, the current state of Manny O Wines in the global market.

Driven by the emergence of the New World Cuisine, Manny Osmeña seeks to create a complete line of wines that would harmonize with the many new flavours and nuances brought by this new cuisine philosophy. Attendees were treated to a 7 course wine paired dinner that showcased each bottle from the Manny O line of wines. Guests were able to experience how well the wines paired with the array of dishes served, and all were able to note the versatility of each bottle. The current line of Manny O wines include: Bibulus, Sumiller, Agapi for Rosé and four other exciting variants.
