Tempura has been a popular Japanese dish from the mid-sixteenth century.  The word "tempura" is a cooking technique of dipping seafood or vegetable slices into a batter and deep frying in hot vegetable or canola oil.  The light batter is made of cold water and tempura flour.  It is traditionally mixed in small batches using chopsticks, creating a fluffy and crisp tempura.

Kitsho is open from Sunday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday for dinner.
