The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) composed of InterContinental Manila, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn Clark will be presenting the first Little Chefs Fair in the country on December 29, 2011 from 11 am to 5 pm at Crowne Plaza. Enter the wonderful world of the culinary arts for only P 500 net for kids and P 300 net for adults.
A fun filled event that will open doors to the limitless possibilities of food. Executive Chefs - Chef Angelo Faoro of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, Chef Alisdair Bletcher of Intercontinental Manila and Chef Mathew Goudge of Holiday Inn Clark will showcase their talents through exciting activities such as cooking classes and demonstrations. Learn from the masters themselves as they flaunt their skills through chocolate art, fruit and vegetable carving, sushi making and many more. There will also be a grand display of culinary masterpieces with giant ice carvings, pulled sugar sculptures and chocolate moldings that will surely leave kids in awe. Aside form the culinary aspect, the fair will also feature the secrets of each hotel’s signature restaurants from Prince Albert’s impeccable service to Xin Tian Di’s dimsum preparation.
IHG Little Chefs Fair aims to inspire young culinary enthusiasts by giving a holistic experience of the food and service industry. Little kids will gain exposure through activities such as cake decoration, coffee art, introduction and sampling of various cheese and herbs.
