As Eastwood Richmonde Hotel’s Eastwood Café turns a year old, it takes its dining delights to greater heights by revamping its buffet offerings, giving diners an even more satisfying meal.
Presenting an exciting mix of innovative dishes, classic cuisine, comfort foods and personalized a la minute cooking, the buffet spread at Eastwood Café brings delectable gustatory possibilities to anticipate the craving of any foodie. Still evoking the Richmonde signature style of degustation-like choices and servings that seek to entice and gratify, it is Executive Chef Bienvenido Chavez’ aim not to overwhelm but to allow the sampling of each dish by all diners.
To whet the taste buds, start off the dining adventure with the appetizer stations that serve an assortment of breads, cheeses, salads, soups, cold cuts and sushis, sashimis & shawan mushis.


Acknowledging the different tastes and penchants of guests for various cuisine flavors, the café provides choices of both Western and Asian-inspired dishes. Staple hot items include Spanish tapas, Japanese tempura, Mediterranean shawarma and tandoori and Mongolian grill, among others. The carving table showcases tasty meat and delicate fish items; the live grilling station lets you choose from the fresh meats & quality seafood like lamb, beef, chicken, squid and fish, to be cooked to your liking; the pasta station gives an array of pasta noodles, sauces and toppings to be cooked according to your personal preference; plus a variety of seafood, beef, pork, noodle, vegetable and rice items complete the main course selections.


Eastwood Richmonde Hotel’s F&B Manager Tony Co points out, “With the live interactive cooking stations, we are bringing the kitchen closer to your table as dishes are prepared according to your specific instructions, done ‘a la minute’, and served to your table hot off the grill or fresh out the pan. Desserts have become as much of a highlight of each meal as the other courses. At Eastwood Café’s dessert station, you can have your fill of sweet endings from healthful fresh fruits and sugar-free cakes, to temptingly rich pastries and chocolate fondue. Refreshing desserts are likewise served—the local favorite, Halo-Halo, and the Ice Cream Teppanyaki, where you can create your own flavor with the different ingredients available to add some zing to your vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Then, finally cap your lunch or dinner with a mug of brewed coffee or tea which comes with the buffet.


Lunch Buffet is served daily from 11:30am to 2:00pm. To celebrate the weekends, Dinner Buffet is prepared every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Both buffets are priced at PhP 1,080nett.
