Come to Greenbelt 3's Open Park on Sunday at 6:00pm for a live cooking demonstration by Chef Chuck Hughes, the inimitable host of Chuck's Day Off, airing on the Asian Food Channel (AFC).

Discover uniquely Québécois cuisine with such dishes as Crispy Sockeye Salmon Fillet, Pan-grilled Scallops on Green Gazpacho and Chocolate Tapioca Arancini, with seafood provided by the Embassy of Canada. In addition, there will also be live cooking demonstrations provided by Chef Dino Ferrari, the winner of E&O Search for AFC's Next Celebrity Chef. In addition, guests will be treated to some good old fashioned rock and roll music, courtesy of Pinoy Rock legends, Razorback.
