For an impressive lunch date, you can do no better than to try out this restaurant’s dim sum lunch menu. For P888, it not only includes dim sum treats such as barbecue pork buns with apples, but also a selection of hot entrées, congees, soups and desserts. But if you really want to impress your date, then book a table for dinner here. Start out with the Steamed Egg White with Lobster and Broccoli. The delicious savory flan dissolves in the mouth like the morning mist over the Yangtze River. You can follow this with the chef’s recommendation such as the Deep Fried Tiger Prawns with Wasabi Mayo, the Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Asparagus and Black Beans (P980), or the classic Hot Prawn Salad (P980). Their version is one of the best ones I have tried! It features perfectly golden fried prawn coated with just the right amount of mayo dressing resting on a bed of fresh fruit salad. Its flavor can capture the heart of a Chinese empress! End the meal with the simple yet tasty  Puree with Tapioca (P150).
