Tucked along Citywalk in Eastwood, Prince of Persia opened its doors in 2008. Since then, diners have been treated to a variety of Persian and Mediterranean foods. One of their specialties is the chicken kabab— grilled chicken breast marinated with yogurt and spices— that is in chelo kabab makhsoos (special) together with beef kabab— charbroiled ground beef— grilled tomatoes, and Persian-style rice with butter on top.
