Review

With their 22 outlets, Pho Hoa continues to serve comfort food for the health-conscious. More than just pho, Vietnamese cuisine is known for being healthy, what with the fresh herbs and vegetables that they use. Aside from the authenticity of the taste, everything on their menu is very healthy. Practically everything has something green in it. From their Mango Prawn Salad to the Pomelo Shrimp Salad, people enjoy the distinct texture and flavors thrown into the Vietnamese salads. Every herb, every leaf has a different smell, taste and feel, adding depth and lovely layers to the meals. Other favorites are spring rolls, which you can get fresh or fried, with or without meat, and Vermicelli Bowl, which contains the usual favorites in a single bowl.

Pho Hoa specializes in light and nutritious but tasty, filling and satisfying fare. Even their Vietnamese coffee is prepared the traditional way, where you pour hot water into a percolator and watch as the dark, thick brew drips slowly into a waiting cup of condensed milk. From meat eaters to vegetarians, from mommies to their kids, people keep coming back to Pho Hoa for the original Vietnamese flavors.
