Old Vine by Chefs’ Quarter was conceptualized by Chef Mau Arjona and Larry Cortez who were all part of the pioneering team behind Le Soufflé, at the Old Greenbelt in Makati. Old Vine is famed for serving continental cuisine such as salads, succulent steaks, and delectable pasta from 11a.m. to 11 p.m., Mondays to Sundays. Our seating capacity is 130—with 100 in the main dining area and 30 in the al fresco area.
