The Laksa Mussel pot is a take on the Asian laksa, with coconut cream, kaffir lime and an aromatic curry sauce spiced with Asian chilies. Patrons have remarked that Draft serves a memorable Fish and Frites (P350), where the sole fillet is covered in crunchy Beck’s beer batter. frites. Dessert aficionados may want to sample the Sticky Date and Toffee Pudding (P220), a Chef Carlo staple. Draft may be targeted at beer drinkers but the good food has become a strong pull for people who want to kick back and enjoy its cerveza-inspired dishes, and sing along to alternative rock music.
