Crustasia is a haven for the freshest seafood dishes and the best of Thai, Indonesian and its new authentic Hunan and Sichuan dishes. It elevates the norm for freshness, making sure that most of its seafood is alive before reaching the grill or the wok. It takes diners to a journey of the flavors of quintessential Asian villages. Its three chefs of different nationalities, inspired the re-naming of the Red Crab’s Crustasia Crabs and Seafood House to Crustasia Asian Bistro.

The new name perfectly describes the popular restaurant’s new, expanded menu. Many of the new dishes are typically hot and spicy, which is common among Indonesian, Thai, Sichuan and Hunan dishes from these parts of the region. When it comes to what makes Crustasia stand out from the rest, there is only one thing: the number of dishes that makes people’s mouths water which are just overwhelming. Almost everything they serve in front of you is enough to weaken your knees and make your tummies squeal in delight.
