Review

A solid pie all the way. I enjoyed the deep flavors of tomato sauce and appreciated how the crust offered up a dependable crunch, without a lot of crumble. A good “crunch to crumble” ratio is critical to the hand held pizza experience after all. The cheese was fresh and well-distributed with a mild flavor that complimented the sauce well. The “cheese to sauce” ratio is also crucial and they nailed that one too. Well done. The only thing I longed for was a better “prosciutto to slice” ratio. That said, Cantinetta is in my top three.
