To say that Buddha-Bar is another run-of-the-mill concept restaurant would be greatly undermining its purpose. When it first opened its doors in Paris in 1996, people were flabbergasted at the concept of a lounge, restaurant and bar all rolled into one. Sixteen years and several worldwide branches later, Buddha-Bar continues to provide a haven for people looking for good music, good food and good ambiance, all under one very stylish roof. Managed by French national Sylvere Le Gall, the newest branch is a sprawling three-storey affair that can comfortably seat 525 people. As you enter, you are flanked by Chinese interiors and an imposing Buddha statue, lending an air of culture and refinement to the surroundings.
Aside from excellent music and enchanting ambiance, the food at Buddha Bar is guaranteed to appease the discerning diner's palate. Defining their cuisine as "Pacific Rim," it is a melting pot of bold Asian flavors with refined French techniques. At Buddha Bar, the quality of everything on our menu is never compromised. Buddha Bar's signature dishes are adjusted to suit the Filipino palate, as well as providing specially-made dishes that you cannot find at any other Buddha Bar in the world. Here, you are guaranteed an experience that dazzles and delights all your senses, set amidst a beautiful backdrop of excellent music, beautiful interiors and a vibe that is sure to capture you the moment you set foot inside.
