Review

Banana Leaf Asian Cafe is an establishment that has expanded the Filipino dining scene by introducing diners to various Asian flavors, such as Malaysian, Singaporean, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Indian, among others. If your palate is sensitive to spicy food, you don't have to worry, as some of the dishes are reworked to better suit the Filipino tastebuds.

It's a place that you can go with your friends and family without breaking the bank, as many of the items on the menu are reasonably priced and meant for sharing. Most dishes at Banana Leaf stay within or below the 300 peso range, so you can have a fulfilling meal. In fact, they even have reasonably-priced rice toppings if you go there on your own!

Curry fans will love their Malaysian Chicken Curry with Potatoes (P238), which goes well with their Thai Style Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste (P188). For starters, we recommend the Roti Canai (P88) with Curry Sauce (P30).
